Blue Oval Detour

Admittedly I’m into VAG vehicles; Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, VW, forthcoming will be MAN & Scania trucks. It will be a lot to collect if you go by that VAG list (10 marques), thus I’m focusing on VW and Porsche to keep things sanely. Outside of this list, there are selected side collections and special interest in other marques and/or themes. An example of which is a special interest in Ford vehicles. With the recent inclusion of the Ford Fiesta in my 1:1 stable, a compilation pictures taken years back of Blue Oval cars in my collection is gladly shared. Enjoy!

-Racing Fords

Nascar Thunderbird, both by Matchbox/White Rose

-’64 ½ Mustangs

Mustang Nothback, both by Racing Champions

-Mustang Fastbacks
Piston Popper by Matchbox Rola-matics
Premier Edition by Matchbox

Hi Erwin!
Maybe it's funny but I never understand what the f*ck is going on in Nascar races :D But yes, the cars are very impressive. Great post :) Greetings from snowy Poland!

Hi Danielh, Glad you liked them!
The rubber wheels on it are features that do stand out. MB went all out with them Nascars :-)

Hi Marcjan, Nascar is really curious in just going around a track with one sided turn. It's a big superbowl thing :-)
Thanks and warm greetings to you in Poland :-)

Thanks Kin,
Some of these Ford are irresistible :-)
Including the early Escorts, Capri and the like.
Variety is interesting at times.
Appreciate it!
